UPGRADE SOLUTION'S RETURNING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Obtain an RMA number online.
  2. Make a copy of the form and include it inside the package.
  3. To expedite the RMA process, please include a
    copy of the invoice.
  4. Write the RMA number outside the box.
  5. Make sure parts are packed properly.
  6. Send the defective components to the address on the form.
  7. Please allow 5-business days to process your RMA.
  8. We'll send the replacement back as soon as we get the components.
